Concise Projects Ltd was incorporated in Kenya in 2020 by Ebenezer Odoom, Diana Isaboke and Dr. Clement Dodoo, and has grown into one of the leading construction and project development companies in East and West Africa, with rapid expansion across other Sub-Saharan markets.
Our operational footprint spans Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Ghana and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The firm is led by Ebenezer Odoom, whose personal portfolio spans over two and a half decades of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across the region, and is anchored by Diana Isaboke as Managing Director and Dr. Clement Dodoo as Finance Director.
Today CPL is delivering over KES 25 billion of works across seven active construction sites in Kenya, with a further KES 15 billion in confirmed pipeline works.

Diana Isaboke has over a decade of experience in quantity surveying and project management, with a strong record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. She oversees company operations and coordination across all projects.
Dr. Clement Dodoo is a finance and strategy professional with more than three decades of experience spanning banking, consulting and research. He brings strategic oversight, governance and financial leadership to the company's growth.
Leona Lee is a strategic, results-oriented professional with over five years of service to the company. She oversees the commercial feasibility of projects to secure sustainable revenue growth and long-term profitability.

We incorporate environmental considerations into project planning and delivery, with experience supporting Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) processes, green-roof design and installation, stormwater controls and wastewater treatment works.
